Day 1 – Arrival to Warsaw

Our English speaking guide will greet you at the airport.

Transfer to the hotel.

Possible stop on the way: Łazienki ("Royal Baths") park, for sightseeing of residence of the last Polish king (late XVIIIth century complex of palaces and mansions, located over a stream in picturesque green surrounding). (around 1 hrs)

After arrival to the hotel: welcome, Polish-style dinner in a nearby restaurant.

Overnight in Warsaw

Day 2 – Sightseeing of Warsaw

Morning: guided tour in historical parts of Warsaw - called "Royal route": Krakowskie Przedmieście str., Presidential palace, Royal castle square, Old Town market square, city walls.  (up to 3 hrs)

Lunch in a folk restaurant in the Old Town.

After lunch: possible visit (guided tour) to Museum of Polish Vodka (with vodka tasting) or free time in the afternoon. (tour in vodka museum lasts 40-60 minutes)

Evening: optional Chopin concert in the vicinity of Royal route.

Overnight in Warsaw

Day 3 – arrival to Cracow

After breakfast: hotel check-out and departure to Cracow.

On the way possible stops at:

-Wilanów palace - residence of king John III Sobieski, baroque style palace with garden (up to 2 hrs of guided tour),

-Jasna Góra monastery in Częstochowa, the most important sanctuary in Poland) for guided tour (around 1 hrs),

Arrival to Cracow, check-in, lunch.

After lunch and some rest: Cracow guided city tour - from Wawel Castle to the Old Town area and Main Square (3-3,5 hrs), possible entrances to Kings Tombs in Wawel cathedral and St.Mary's church with gothic Weit Stoss altar (entrances possible if time allows).

Overnight in Cracow

Day 4 – Wieliczka Salt Mine

After breakfast: transfer to Wieliczka. Guided tour inside this UNESCO-listed salt mine via standard, touristic route (lasts around 3 hrs).

Come back to Cracow, folk show lunch

Free time in the afternoon or one of activities below:

-guided tour in Cracow Kazimierz Jewish district (and Pogórze - former ghetto area with Schindler's factory visit. (3,5 hrs)

-undergrounds of the Market Square (touristic route below the ground) (<1hrs)

-Museum of Polish aviation (huge collection of planes including ones from WWI, taken as a war prize from Herman Goering collection) (around 1,5 hrs)

-Lady with an Ermine - visit to National Museum to see Leonardo da Vinici  masterpiece painting (30 mins)

Overnight in Cracow

Day 5. Auschwitz-Birkenau museum visit

Breakfast, hotel check-out.

Departure to Oświęcim direction.

Guided tour in Auschwitz-Birkenau museum (3,5 hrs, standard route in Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II Birkenau parts of former nazi death camp)

Lunch on the way,

Possible stops on the way to Wrocłąw:

-Silesian museum in Katowice (2hrs),

-Nikiszowiec red brick miner's district from early XXth century (1 hrs),

-Pszczyna castle: one of the biggest aristocratic mansions in Poland in picturesque, Silesian town of Pszczyna (1,5 hrs)

Arrival to Wrocław.

Free time in the afernoon.

Overnight in Wrocław

Day 6 Wrocław sightseeing

After breakfast: Wrocław guided tour. Route: Market Square (with gothic city hall), Old Town area, baroque University building (with possible visit to Leopoldine hall), Ostrów Tumski - isle of churches with cathedral of St. John the Baptist (3hrs).

Lunch in the city center

After lunch: free afternoon or visits/guided tours to:

-UNESCO-listed Centannial Hall and nearby Szczytnicki Park (1 hrs)

-cycloramic painting of Racławice battle (40 mins)

Overnight in Wrocław

Day 7.  Departure to Warsaw, fly back home

Morning: breakfast, check-out, departure to Warsaw direction.

Fly back home from Warsaw Chopin airport in the afternoon.
